We only sell the highest quality specialty coffee that we can responsibly source, and we roast it to perfection weekly in a 90 Kilo Probat roaster. Our roaster is genuinely one of a kind, with a custom afterburner that pumps an accurate temperature and even heat into our cast iron drum. Unlike other roasters our roaster does not use a direct flame, so no hot spots or inconsistencies in temperature. Our afterburner also helps keep our output clean, so when you smell us roasting you know you can breathe easy.
