Soak course ground cold brew blend in 7 cups of cold water overnight (8-12hours) in the refrigerator. After steeping coffee grounds, strain liquid through a coffee filter. Discard grounds. Store your cold brew concentrate in a sealed container for up to two weeks.
To serve, pour over ice and dilute with water (50/50 or to taste).
