Ceremonial Grade Japanese Matcha
 
Matcha is a shade grown green tea dried and ground into powder using granite stone mills. Our Matcha is the highest quality Ceremonial grade the same used in Buddhist Temples and Japanese Tea Ceremonies. Matcha has a strong slightly sweet earthy flavor that mixes wonderfully with hot or steamed milk. 
 
 
Preparation 
Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to 4 oz of short of boiling temperature water
Whisk until matcha is dissolved into the water and drink immediately.
